When does my Vault arrive?

Your Vault is delivered to your resort room before check-in on your arrival day. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking.

What if something doesn't fit?

Contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving your Vault. We'll arrange a replacement at the resort as quickly as possible.

Can I keep the pieces after?

Yes! You can purchase any or all pieces at the end of your trip. Return the rest with the pre-paid return label included in your Vault.

Which destinations do you serve?

We currently serve Punta Cana and Riviera Maya, with Jamaica launching soon. More destinations are in the pipeline — stay tuned.
