Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Nomad X Vault website or placing a reservation. By accessing nomadxvault.com or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Section 01
Nomad X Vault ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates a luxury travel wardrobe delivery service available at nomadxvault.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any services you purchase through it.
By completing a reservation, creating an account, making a payment, or simply browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.
Section 02
Nomad X Vault provides a curated luxury travel wardrobe delivered directly to resort guests at select destinations. Our service ("the Vault") currently includes:
Current destinations include Punta Cana, Riviera Maya, and Jamaica (coming soon). Available resorts and service terms may vary by destination. Nomad X Vault reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue service offerings at any time with or without prior notice.
Section 03
3.1 Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify that all reservation details — including travel dates, resort name, room number, and sizing — are correct at the time of booking.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.3 Modifications
Modification requests (change of dates, destination, or sizing) must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your check-in date and are subject to availability. Modifications requested within 14 days of check-in may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation.
3.4 Resort Closures or Acts of God
In the event of resort closure, natural disaster, government travel advisory, or other force majeure event beyond our control, we will work in good faith to reschedule your reservation or issue a credit toward a future booking. Cash refunds in force majeure situations are not guaranteed.
Section 04
All Nomad X Vault garments are premium pieces that require proper care during your rental period. By accepting your Vault delivery, you agree to the following:

4.2 Damage Assessment
Our team performs a condition assessment of all garments upon return. Normal wear — minor wrinkles and light surface scuffs consistent with everyday use — is accepted and will not result in charges.
4.3 Damage Charges
If damage beyond normal wear is identified, you will be charged the repair or replacement cost of the affected item(s), at our sole discretion. Damage charges may range from $30 (minor repair) to the full retail replacement value of the item. You will be notified of any damage charge within 72 hours of return processing, and the charge will be applied to the payment method on file.
Section 05
A detailed itemized manifest of all garments included in your Vault will be provided at delivery. You are responsible for verifying the contents upon receipt and for returning all items at the end of your rental period.
All replacement charges will be applied to the payment method on file. If the card on file is declined, we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal channels.
Section 06
All Vault garments must be returned by 11:59 PM on the day of your resort checkout, or within 24 hours of your checkout time if an extended return has been pre-arranged in writing.
Return Process
Failure to follow return instructions does not relieve you of liability for lost or unreturned items.
Section 07
We make every effort to curate your Vault based on the sizing and style preferences you provide during the reservation process. However, garment sizing can vary between brands, styles, and countries of manufacture.
By placing a reservation, you acknowledge and accept that:
For best results, provide as much detail as possible when filling out your style profile — measurements in inches or centimeters are more reliable than size labels alone.
Section 08
Nomad X Vault coordinates delivery of your Vault directly to your resort room. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure on-time delivery, you acknowledge the following:

We schedule delivery based on the travel dates and check-in times you provide. Nomad X Vault is not responsible for:
If your travel dates change, notify us as soon as possible at hello@nomadxvault.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the new schedule.
8.3 Delivery Windows
Standard delivery is completed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM local resort time on your check-in date. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If delivery occurs outside this window due to factors beyond our control, no refund will be issued for the service.
Section 09
9.1 Full Payment at Booking
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received and processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
9.2 Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution. Nomad X Vault is not responsible for any such fees.
9.3 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company for a charge that is valid under these Terms, Nomad X Vault reserves the right to dispute that chargeback with supporting documentation. Confirmed chargebacks for valid charges may result in suspension of your account and referral to collections.
9.4 Post-Rental Charges
By completing a reservation, you authorize Nomad X Vault to charge the payment method on file for any post-rental fees that may arise, including but not limited to: damage charges (Section 4), replacement charges for lost or unreturned items (Section 5), and late return fees (Section 6).

10.1 SMS Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Nomad X Vault for:

Message and data rates may apply. Nomad X Vault is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

Section 11
All content on nomadxvault.com — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, product names, and service descriptions — is the exclusive property of Nomad X Vault or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us become the property of Nomad X Vault and may be used without obligation to you.
Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nomad X Vault and its owners, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or incidental damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@nomadxvault.com. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern within 30 days of receiving written notice.
13.3 Arbitration Agreement
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13.4 Jurisdiction
If arbitration is not applicable or enforceable in your jurisdiction, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA, for the resolution of any dispute.

Nomad X Vault reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

Terms in effect at the time of your reservation govern that specific booking, except where updated Terms provide greater protections to the customer.
